Self care day is just holistic cheat day... for me its usually,,, not pretending to be normal,, and then not pretending to do self care tasks that i should be doing,, and then just sleeping and going on tiktok all day and not giving a shit about anything that isnt giving me dopamine

Getting lost in the things you consume MUSIC, SHOWS, FILMS
No notion of the outside world
Healthy break from everyone
Full day of inner world time
Coffee food your fav clothes
Guiltless self care
It feels a lil indulgent. But sometimes you gotta do you and have some alone time. Cook a nice meal for you and your cat. Take a fuckin bath. Go to bed early. idk i think itβs good every once in a while, even tho the whole self care thing is a lil cliche
