Self care day is just holistic cheat day... for me its usually,,, not pretending to be normal,, and then not pretending to do self care tasks that i should be doing,, and then just sleeping and going on tiktok all day and not giving a shit about anything that isnt giving me dopamine

Lost days

every once in a while I allow myself a “lost day” (I think the term originally came from a book or movie in reference to days spent on benders) which is when I spend all day in bed reading a book and do basically nothing else. Its basically trading a day of your life to live inside a book. Its such a luxurious feeling

MY TRAVELLING PANTS

I have these big cargo jeans that can fit absolutely anything and everything in them Personally, i don’t always like carrying a bag, i actually love not to Cause i feel more free So these pants are an essential to me especially when travelling You don’t have to worry about your bag you can just gooo my love for these pants has been mocked profusely in my friend group but i will not be stopped.
To further prove my point Here’s a picture of me carrying a joe&the juice sandwich in there last month I would go as far as stating that’s somewhat revolutionary but...see for yourself
