Making pinch pots

ceramics can be pretty expensive but using some air dry clay and making some pots/mugs/bowls/trinkets is super fun! and relaxing as well i just finished doing a project last week with some nesting ones!! also just didn’t put any pressure on myself for them to look a certain way

pottery as a fantasy

i have never done ceramics but it has literally been my dream since lets create! pottery was popping on my ipod touch. i love to think about what it must be like i couldnt fucking tell you Why its so satisfying as a daydream but!!!!!

i read this book right after leaving an abusive relationship, trying to figure out what love was for me and how i could see it in my recently shook up world. bell hooks writes in a simple, honest language. it’s a beautiful, accessible book that humbled me and taught me how to love people and where find the love i desired.
