the good feeling you get from lifting heavy stuff up and down, or doing some pilates, running, and/or walking is unmatched. get out of bed, move around, its good for your health :)
am currently trying and will try to record more of life in 2025. whether it be through collecting receipts, jotting down an entry in a journal, recording a voice memo, or taking a simple video.
i love looking at old video/photos and jounal entries to see what i did on a specific day.
