- Prosciutto
- Your cheese of choice (preferably payoyo) or a saltier/creamy cheese
- 1 or 2 fig slices
- Arugula
- 1 side of bread with mayonnaise
- 1 side of bread with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a little bit of flaky salt and pepper I promise you, a 10/10 if you like these flavors

Not _____+ cheese this summer. Personally i recommend trying goat cheeses paired with hot honey, jams, both sweet and savory on top of a neutral water cracker or plain potato chip. Super tangy cheese but balanced out with that sweetness or saltiness yknow?
