there is something rewarding about soreness. the thought that you've pushed yourself enough to help your own well-being, perchance. the pleasantness of laying down while sore is unmatched, and the bliss you feel when you wake is surely enough to make one do it again. push to be sore! we cant stay comfortable forever.
did my first strength workout in months and woke up with such a delightful soreness in my muscles that was further made lovely by a 40 minute stretching and breath work session. canβt rec enough how happy my body feels to have gotten to move this way this morning.
its so beautiful. this is my first time seeing legitimate snow in my life. i've lived on the southern coast my entire life and have only experienced little sheets of ice that we desperately labeled as snow. i envy people who are able to experience this every winter; it certainly is magical.
one of my favorite feelings. might've just done it. youll never know! i think people do not cry enough. i dont know why because it feels so good. we feel so much better after we cry because our bodies are made to do that! embrace the emotions because thats what makes us human!!!
