This is what I call my peace hour. The most beautiful light fills the room this time everyday, I put on music and just RELAX!! In the midst of a busy day this hour always brings me peace. I purposely take this hour to wind down, read and just be. Highly recommend it.

Therapy

I love every minute of every therapy session. They're basically professionals giving you space to discuss the pieces of shit in your life. BONUS: It's an unpopular opinion, but I do believe therapy is the best way to escape your toxic, deplorable, and inconsiderate family members.
