This is the most amazing and low-maintenance little baking book you’ll come across. All the recipes are designed to just be made with a whisk and a mixing bowl. Just little snacking cakes that are perfect as a sweet breakfast or a little Kaffee und Kuchen in the afternoon. I made the vanilla bean cake below. 😇

I found it for £3 in a charity bookshop and it’s an excellent baking recipe book. Really easy to follow and is broken up into holidays. Today I’m baking the Carrot and Ginger cake from the Easter section. It’s a beautifully presented book, and the Valentine’s bakes look so good I cant wait to try them next year. If you see this anywhere definitely pick it up!
