The exhibitions are the perfect size, digestible yet comprehensive - the building is gorg - vibes are warm but not stuffy - and most importantly it’s busy but not madness like the v&a or Tate. The curation is smart and slick, ideally it would have a few more historical/non-contemporary things on, but it still beats others in the area for me. Congrats to me got a membership today
Awesome permanent collection! Great special exhibits (the expressionists exhibit was a lot of fun). I really like how a lot of the museums in England are free for the permanent collection. We just happened to be in the area and it was so easy to make the choice to spend time here without worrying whether or not we were getting our moneys worth
free art, design and performance museum in south kensington with some paid exhibitions as well. and there’s also the natural history museum and science museum nearby which are also free. photos from when i went w my sister like 3 weeks ago. marxinista i remember you asking for things to do in london, so this is like 3 in 1!!!

-Headphones actively taken out when there are buskers, street performers, preachers
-Phone fully powered off during movies

-No more than 2 cameras on a person blowing their bday candles out
-If you have find my friends only use it for emergencies No problem with cyborg behavior tho if you’re owning it
