turkish lebneh (it’s not as tart as the levantine lebneh that i’m used to - think a more neutral and creamy flavor, like if cream cheese and levantine lebneh had a beautiful little baby) a boatload of olives, the brinier the better any vehicle for these two items (i had a zaatar croissant)
