I love those moments when you focus on your breath for a couple of seconds, and the world comes into focus. Like you're present where you are for the first time. Makes me feel so calm. I do wonder though, is this what it was like all the time for the generations before phones? If so, damn... I'm jealous

Just a beautiful book about a teenager sailing around the world in the 60s. It's simple but really makes you think about your own life and where it's going. Also has some amazing stories about nature, the islands and loneliness.
