soup with noodles, carrot, onions, celery, garlic, sometimes sausage, and a ton of beans and spices. it lasts for so long and is super filling, and uses a lot of stuff in the fridge
with oyster mushrooms, kidney beans, spinach, parsley, ginger, aromatics. sometimes with small potatos, lentils, leek. i eat it with jasmin rice (cooked separately) and a good dollop of sambal (peteh, manis or a smaller amount if i use rawit or ulek)
