Dr. Marie Jourdan is a dermatologist. I believe that, in order to learn any language, you have to explore things that will help you diversify your vocabulary and not just things that involve basic conversation. She explains a bunch of concepts in relation to her field. I find it useful to also get use to hearing French, even when you don't understand all of it at once.
tv shows!!! i can't stress this enough, watching people engage in the language helps so much. after doing french for years and graduating with a delf b2, i give all credit to the fact that i was put in an immersive environment where french was always spoken around me. you can start with children's shows like Téléfrançais, and then move to your favourite show dubbed etc. that being said, nothing beats talking in french...so if all else fails, meet some french speakers to chat with, or maybe temporarily move to france 😄
