- VERY LEGIT and real sourdough bread (i get mine from Publican Quality Meats in Chicago bc im not fucking around) (Pullman loaf for the locals)
- Kewpie Mayo
- butter lettuce leaves!
- wf dijon mustard
- kimchi
- 2 turkey slices
- 1 slice mild cheddar cheese lightly toasted
sliced diagonally - Grillo pickles on the side!! (not pictured)
thick toasted bread (I like Sara Lee artesano sandwich rolls) spread mayo (Duke’s only you know the fucking vibes) and honey Dijon on each side generously to make a dijonaise on the fly stack it with fried turkey breast, melted gouda cheese and prosciutto or capicola or some Italian meat butter lettuce, THIN (use the sharpest knife) tomato slices, spicy bread and butter pickles, red onion dressed with oil and vinegar, sweet peppers or giardinera, oregano, salt and pepper. its so addictive and I kind of want one now
