@MOONBEAMS breakfast is a combo of 2 Kashi cereals with blueberries, lunch is usually PB with maple syrup, chia & almonds with sides of apple and pretzels, or I’ll make a veggie burger if I’m chilly
I eat mostly the same lunch/breakfast. I like having small habits/routines that I can repeat. I have been eating a egg and cheese on a brioche bun or a PB&J like almost every day since I’ve been at college.
No one tells you how endless the whole “breakfast-lunch-dinner” conundrum is - and I love food. Takes up so much brain space that could be used for projects/thesis/relationships etc etc but I’ll never stop prioritising a good meal!
