Honestly although I love Coach Bennett over at the Nike Run Club app. Strava really feels like such an excellent (and better) companion in building better habits
thank you strava for keeping me fit. I love looking at the little paths and maps it makes of my walk or run. I love how it documents the km’s I travelled too. It’s so cool. I’ll never be unfit again.
You get to keep up with the habit of making coffee everyday but you don’t do your body the disservice of having caffeine during such a sensitive and volatile time. Also works great on Sundays or Saturdays when you want an easy day. That’s the tea
