Trying to work my way out of a depressive spiral by taking better care of myself. While I was in the chair, me, my hairdresser, and her husband (also does hair, also happened to be there) ended up having a conversation about how long I've been seeing her, her late father, the importance of community in pursuing your passions, healthcare bullshit, and the therapeutic properties of moringa and sea moss.
