I used to immediately have a coffee and now I wait a few hours to have one. It’s a slower start to my day so I can ease in more and now I only need one coffee
yes!! a few years ago I visited a nutritionist and she recommended having coffee 30 mins after having a meal!! helps the food digest and your body stay calm
People say you should wait a few hours after waking to drink coffee. Drinking asap isnt necessary because you’re already awake. It makes sense but I usually don’t have the time to do this.
Every Friday morning I go to yoga and then have breakfast at the same spot. I’ve developed a good relationship with my yoga instructor and this morning she noted how much progress I made. At my breakfast spot, I had a nice chat with the staff there, who I’m friends with now! It’s so nice to have a little routine
