I can watch Ken do his slow zooms all day long and his Jazz doc is one of my favorite things I've ever watched. It's like school but doesn't suck. It's like 19 hours long but worth it.

For some reason I didn’t eat breakfast for the first half of my life and I’m pretty sure that’s why I had a five second attention span growing up. Pair breakfast with a stretch and you’ll probably have a pretty good day. Couldn’t recommend it more.
I’m on some tradwife shit. It’s so easy. All you need is almond butter, honey, water, and a blender. Cinnamon if you’re feeling crazy. Blend everything and strain it through a “nut mylk bag” (terrible name but you can find them on amazon).
