as ive gotten older ive felt less and less flexible so ive been stretching in the mornings and it’s been amazing. i think everyone should. we only get one body, take care of it!
Not to be on some gym bro shit but making meals ahead of time for the week has given me soooo much of my time back. And when you meal prep dishes that are well seasoned and inventive, you’ll actually want to eat the same thing every day lol
