It is so nice to take a chill moment for yourself, and it’s really hard to. I’ve never been to a studio (yet) cause I‘m broke and anxious. I like it because it doesn’t feel like a competition, not even against yourself. It’s just moving into a position and trying to chill. It’s fine if you can’t reach your arms or whatever that far, whatever feels good, whatever your body likes. Even if it’s just 10 minutes, it really makes all the difference to check in with how your body parts are feeling, including your brain. I am procrastinating my yoga right now. I like Yoga with Kassandra and Yoga with Bird on youtube. I hope at least one person gets into yoga this way with me!

my favourite is yoga with adriene, not ”real” workouts but her videos feel like a hug and if i’m consistent i feel stronger. if you want proper workouts then madfit is the one i always go for!
