It is so nice to take a chill moment for yourself, and itās really hard to. Iāve never been to a studio (yet) cause Iām broke and anxious. I like it because it doesnāt feel like a competition, not even against yourself. Itās just moving into a position and trying to chill. Itās fine if you canāt reach your arms or whatever that far, whatever feels good, whatever your body likes. Even if itās just 10 minutes, it really makes all the difference to check in with how your body parts are feeling, including your brain.
