📱get as many hours on my screen time on Sunday morning. Everyone keeps talking about less screen time but when you try to talk to them about things you saw they’re so lost. Look at your phone more than you do! It will help your mental health in the very long run

regain your time. screenzen allows you to create very detailed limits and schedules for your app usage. for example i only let myself open instagram 5 times a day for 5 minutes at a time. I only let myself access podcasts on the weekends (to create more time for quality music listening.)

👂Crises, like most things (eating, drinking, fucking), are best shared with somebody. Whether it’s quarter-life, third-life or, in our case, midlife because we plan on dying in a ritualistic murder-suicide before the age of 70, doing something completely drastic with your boy can really help shake shit up for the both of you, while bringing you closer together in the process. We got our ears pierced, but honestly the sky’s the limit.
