I feel as though charcuterie boards have been popularized and trendy for awhile now. But I feel like this summer trying new cheeses and finding new pairings is gonna be a thing!! Just cheese + ____
Not _____+ cheese this summer. Personally i recommend trying goat cheeses paired with hot honey, jams, both sweet and savory on top of a neutral water cracker or plain potato chip. Super tangy cheese but balanced out with that sweetness or saltiness yknow?
- Baguette
- Prosciutto
- Your cheese of choice (preferably payoyo) or a saltier/creamy cheese
- 1 or 2 fig slices
- Arugula
- 1 side of bread with mayonnaise
- 1 side of bread with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a little bit of flaky salt and pepper I promise you, a 10/10 if you like these flavors
I really enjoy the rind on brie cheese. it was baked with honey and paired with apple slices, jam, rice crackers, almonds. I need more things like thisβ¦
my phone broke and I was broke. so I had to go though 2 months of no phone. I have never been so peaceful. I now know the route to get to places (because I had no maps). Got the habit of only replying to texts at 6:30pm and make plans for the next day at that time. I read so many books and was so notinfluenced by social media.
