My gf’s new nickname for me i think it’s cute & life has been tough recently so I’ll take anything i can get, im trying to internalize the name to make myself more carefree, light, genuine, and kind. less anxious, less worried, taking deep breaths to float myself up like a bubble when i feel small

for real though, I've had several names and my deadname and legal name (both different) are not interesting to me or profound in origin. I was gonna be named Avery, which is honestly really cool with me, but another parent they knew who gave birth the same day named their kid Avery first. so they decided to name me something else to be original on the spot. 🍅🍅🍅
so flowers, my current and most recent name... came from a halo machinima series 💀 he was my favorite character and everyone just started calling me that and it really resonates with me as a name of who I am in vibe. it reminds me of some really great times and people I love. when I use it I feel more connected to who I was then and bridging it with now

i had a little episode in the summer and changed it because i felt the need to step away from my past self (news flash i didn’t 😂) the previous one would be “chchchchihea”, mimicking the chia pets jingle. now it’s:
first letters of my name + ”shiawase“ (幸せ), which means happiness in japanese.

I went to a psych hospital as a teenager and my friend from home wrote me a letter and suggested that I start going by my middle name for a new beginning. The name literally means rebirth so it’s a good reminder of recovery and my friend who helped me through it.

A classic That simply can’t get better. i sat outside a chocolate shop on a chilly day w my brother. ordered some cheesecake & chocolate mousse. i sipped my tea & the host showed us the blankets they have for guests sitting in the cold. “European style” she said. U guys i am itching to somehow top this tea experience but it’ll be hard ❤️

Today I woke up early before everyone, like usual, & instead of feeling lonely i decided to get my gf & my brother their favorite coffees to wake up to. in their half awake mumbles they were really grateful & it was a nice way to start my day. it felt better than if i were to wake up & go be alone, getting my own thing. If I want to feel love all i have to do is give out my own
