Dance

I dance poorly; I am somehow fundamentally ungraceful, and knowing I will never be excellent has made it easier for me to really enjoy and build habits around dance. I’m taking ballet now, I took ballroom and flamenco in college, it’s a lot of fun, and an added benefit is that dance is one of the most effective forms of movement for improving mental health and wellbeing.

FREESTYLE DANCING DURING LINE DANCES AT WEDDINGS

I was at a wedding once and love shack came on and a group of people started to line dance to it. I got off the dance floor because I’m not into line dancing and also didn’t know the dance but thinking back to that time, I should have just stayed and kept doing my own dance. No hate to line dancing btw. I just personally sometimes don’t enjoy dancing in a line doing the same moves over and over again. Freestyler for life!
