the good feeling you get from lifting heavy stuff up and down, or doing some pilates, running, and/or walking is unmatched. get out of bed, move around, its good for your health :)
Working out is a proven dopamine booster. Why not maximize your slay and exorcise your inner demons while at it? Maybe cry a lil? You will feel better.

Turn those lights off bro. light some candles or turn on fun little fairy lights. It’s nice when u can’t really see much so you just have to feel your way around. relaxing & helps me get ready for bed
