I’ve been cooking this a lot during Spring. So yum and easy to make after work. Unlike most of his recipes, this is quick and cheap with minimal ingredients lol. I use whatever greens are languishing in the crisper. X

1 bunch collards 1 bunch swiss chard 2 cans great northern beans 1 large onion 4 gloves garlic asiago cheese splash of vinegar julienne the greens, finely chop onion, mince garlic. sauté onion until soft in ghee or neutral oil. salt and season with bouillon cube. add garlic until fragrant. mix in greens and sauté until no longer tough. add cans of beans with liquid. cover and cook down. season to taste serve with drizzle of fancy olive oil, cheese, extra salt/vinegar, and buttered bread.

And then when you’ve made a few random connections this way (and there’s not some blaring reason why they’d hate each other) invite them all for a park hang or lil dinner, even if it seems sorta early in the friendships! Being the person that brings other people together can make you feel and come off more well connected than you might feel, and before ya know it, you’ve started a friend group! You’re gonna do great, honey! People like ya!
